To Start....

Chestnut and roasted butternut squash soup with Cornish clotted cream (V)

Smoked salmon, smoked mackerel and beetroot gravalax of halibut with horseradish mousse and Finnish mustard

Farmhouse liver pate with calvados and apple chutney on warm brioche toast and port glaze

Sun dried tomato and winter mushrooms creamed tagliatelle pasta with parmesan crackling (V)


Main Courses...

Fresh fish of the day (Market availability)

Slow braised Lincolnshire lamb shank on roasted garlic mash and redcurrant juice

Roast Lincolnshire turkey with chipolata wrapped in smoked pancetta, sage and onion stuffing and white wine gravy

Grilled crushed black pepper tagliata of Lincolnshire beef sirloin with sauteed potato and lemon sauce (£2.50 extra)

Baked aubergine parmigiana with fresh basil tomato and mozzarella (V)

All served with a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables and potatoes

Desserts...

Panettone and apple bread and butter pudding with mince pie ice cream

Mascarpone mousse marbled with "Vin Santo" marinated cantucci biscuit and chocolate sauce

Steamed Christmas pudding with brandy custard

Chocolate and chilli mousse with grappa and cardamom sauce

Roast Lincolnshire turkey with bacon wrapped chipolata,chestnut and orange stuffing

Lincolnshire Poacher and fresh herb crusted char grilled lamb cutlets, redcurrant and balsamic marmalade with smoked cherry tomato sauce

Pan roasted mignon of 'Lincoln Red' beef fillet, crushed potato and marsala glaze sauce

Millefeuille of winter vegetables, spicy tomato and oregano sauce with chiffonade of red onion (V)
