Just for today I will give thanks and be grateful
Just for today I will not blame anyone
Just for today I will release all negative feelings
Just for today I will be healthy
Just for today I will sing
Just for today I will praise and love myself unconditionally
Just for today I will be free and jump for joy
Just for today I wil give myself permission to be the person I have always wanted to be
Just for today I will be loving and will forgive all those who have hurt me
Just for today I will feel great
Just for today I will look for 3 miracles in my life
Just for today I will put the past behind and live in the present
Just for today.
Thank you. It is done, it is done, it is done.

A forgiveness Prayer
I forgive myself for things that I should have done, could have done but never did.
I forgive myself for not realising that I could have loved more, given more and still have lots more to give.
I forgive myself for not having had the courage to be happy, when i was sad and unfulfilled.
I forgive myself for having had a lack of presence, a lack of gratitude.
I forgive myself for critising myself when I could have been proud of my achievements.
I forgive myself for having felt unloved, unwanted and not belonging.
I forgive myself for the tears I have shed, when I could have asked for help.
I forgive myself for not believing in my abilities.
I forgive myself for having blind to the beauty around me, for misjudging the world that I live in.
I forgive myself for not acknowledging Earth as my home.
I forgive myself for all unnecessary negative emotions that I have allowed myself to experience.
I forgive myself for not trusting my inner being, for not being focused, for not being grounded, for not being alive.
I forgive myself for not using my intuition.
I forgive myself for having felt alone and neglected, afraid, anxious, angry when I could have been happy, joyful, pleasing and caring.
I forgive myself for feeling trapped when I could have been free.
I forgive myself for not seing the light inside and around me.
I forgive myself for not loving fully and unconditionally.
I forgive myself for lost opportunities.
I forgive myself for losing my brightness when I could have been alive.
I forgive myself for feeling lost.
I forgive myself for having had doubts about my inner knowing.
I forgive myself for not contributing to life and to living fully.
i forgive myself for my lack of awareness.
I forgive myself for abandoning myself in the wilderness.
I forgive myself for feeling less than whole.
I forgive myself for not being connected.
I forgive myself for allowing myself to be unhealthy.
I forgive myself for allowing other people to hurt me.
I forgive myself for hurting others, when I did not mean to.
I forgive myself for not realising why I am here.
I forgive myself for having forgotten who I am.
I forgive myself for future feelings of unworthiness.
I forgive myself for thinking like this.
I forgive myself until I don't need to forgive anymore, because I I know I AM, that I AM, no more, no less. I AM PERFECT as I AM.

You could write your own forgiveness prayer. You could also do a gratitude prayer. This exercise is very healing. Try it. Let me know how you get on.
